• Select a language
  if the language of most of the Captions and Descriptions is going to be different from the already selected language.
  Later you can adapt the language of the individual images if necessary.

These settings determine who can view your Photo or Image.

• GroupView - only the selected group(s) you are member of can view this gallery
• CoCoView - only co-counsellors can view this photo or image.
• PublicView - this depends on the visibility of the Gallery
  

These settings are limited by the Gallery view. For instance if the Gallery's visibility is limited to a group, only its group members can view this Photo or Picture.

You do not need to fill in its Comment: field.

• Click the + icon
  This opens the Documents folder on your computer.
  • Search and select the photos and images you would like to import by keeping the Ctrl key or Command key pressed..
  • Click the Open button.
    This adds the selected images to the upload queu and returns you to the CoCoInfo screen.
• Click Save on the bottom of the page.
  This uploads the selected photos and images to CoCoInfo
  and opens the next page..

Next to each uploaded picture there is a text box where you can type the Caption of your Photo or Image. This appears underneath the image in the gallery.

Here you can write all the text you want about your Photo or Image.

This text will not be visible in the gallery; people can see it when they choose to see the Photo or Image in detail!
