FUNDAMENTALS OF CO-COUNSELLING IN Glasgow, Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy in CENTRAL SCOTLAND Nov. Dec. 2013/ Jan. 2014 beginning with a free taster day in Glasgow and another in Edinburgh.

Dates: Saturdays November 2nd, 16th and 30th and December 7th (with final date to be arranged when group meets).

Costs: £190 for the five-day course (£100 'refreshers'; £50 'helpers' (please contact Tonya asap to register interest)).

The aim of this course is to support you to live in peace with yourself, autonomously, creatively and in touch with your feelings and emotions.

Co-counselling challenges the view that some feelings and thoughts are taboo and that you should not have them. It can help you to come to terms with your past and your present, so that your old feelings have less of a grip on you. It can also support you to direct your life into the direction you would like to give it yourself.

CCI Fundamentals Training in Stroud, UK

40 hours spread over 3 alternating weekends: 5 days Sat/Sun 5 and 6 Oct, 19 and 20 Oct, and 2 Nov 2013  10am to 6pm

Paul Shevlin and Pammy Michell are experienced teachers of co-counselling in different parts of the UK.

Paul's other experience includes teaching psychology and counselling.

Pammy was a social worker in Birmingham for 25 years.

This training course is limited to 6 people.

The cost is £220 (or £200 for bookings received by 20 September 2013).

 Core Training in Didcot December and January. Team will include Celia, Owen and Jane. One more place available. Dates include a backup day on 18th January.

40 hour basic training. This offers a full introduction to co-counselling, teaches essential co-counselling skills and provides opportunities to practice them. The teachers create a safe environment for learning, practice and fun within a culture of support and affirmation.

Cost £275 OR £225 if you enrol by 24 September 2013 and pay a £50 deposit. Please talk to us if you are interested but find cost a barrier. There are also special rates for experienced co-counsellors looking to refresh their skills.
