In CCI Co-Counselling, confidentiality is a core condition for making personal sessions and mutual connections work. Co-Counselling would collapse otherwise. Hence Confidentiality, protecting Privacy, is a crucial condition for CoCoInfo.

Having said that, in order for the CoCoInfo website to work, to provide registered co-counsellors with contact lists, newsletters, opportunities to form groups and to publish posts, to register for events, etc., CoCoInfo needs to collect some personal data, such as your name and your contact details.

Being in control of your own life is another core value in Co-Counselling. Hence we promise that you are in control of your data on CoCoInfo.

CoCoInfo’s Privacy Promise
Because we at CoCoInfo believe in being open and up front with our registered co-counsellors, we have developed our Privacy Promise, a quick and simple summary explaining how we manage your data.

  1. We will tell you how we use your data to promote safe networking among co-counsellors and to develop a co-counselling knowledge base.
  2. We collect, process and store your data as securely as possible.
  3. Unlike Facebook and other newsletter platforms we do not make your personal data available to third parties or other co-counsellors who would like to have CoCoInfo’s mailing lists.
  4. You are in charge of your data. If you would like to stop receiving email newsletters from us, click “Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email newsletter or email us at webmasteratco-counselling[dot]info with the subject line “Unsubscribe me from…". You can review and amend all your preferences and personal information at any time by logging into your account and go to your settings. You can erase all information that traces back to you. If you do this, all the author names of your postings on CoCoInfo will be replaced by a anonymised number.

You can read the full policies here: Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy of the CoCoInfo website.
