McCoCo
The first McCoCo was organised in 1998 as a preparation exercise for the 1999 European CCI in Scotland. People liked the event so much that since then it has been organised each year. You can read here some experiences.

The McCoCo Project
This group has as purpose to create a place where people can prepare for the forthcoming McCoCo workshop, and reflect on the last one.
The McCoCo project is one of the contributors to the 'Running a CCI event' handbook. Here we store our experiences and insights in organising events as McCoCo and CCIs. It is a wiki meaning that you can edit its texts or contribute to its related discussion forums.
In the attachment part you can find the documents we used for McCoCo 2009. Any comments are very welcome.
