09.30 - 12.00 Further skills / Refresher workshop, led by Sally Cooke. Reviewing patterns, directions, goal-setting and action planning. Will include some sessions up to 30 mins each way.

12 til 1 shared lunch (or bring your own)

1.00 – 4.15 Peer-led workshop, in the normal CCI format.

We are willing to help arrange car sharing, and can probably organise lifts from Dorchester if you are coming by public transport.
