and Planning Meeting (see below)

You are invited to the above meeting for co-counselling, eating and making plans for the future of WYCC.

12.30pm – 1.30pm: Lunch together: bring food to share
1.30pm: Opening circle
Mid-afternoon break, at some point
4.00pm: Planning Meeting*
5.00pm: Closing circle

Facilitator: Anyone!  This is peer-led, so we will decide what we want to do on the day.  This means that there will potentially be space for some group work and some work in pairs and/or small groups.
Date: Saturday 19th March 2011
Venue: Richard and Kristal's house (see attached contacts list).
Cost: Voluntary donation of £2 to go to WYCC funds.

WYCC Planning Meeting
Saturday 19th March 2011, 4.00 – 5.00pm at Richard and Kristal’s house.

We are meeting as above in order to make plans for the future of WYCC, and your input and involvement will be most welcome.

It was agreed at the most recent Gathering that

• we should have an agenda, and that
• anyone may put anything onto the agenda, and that
• the agenda be sent out prior to the meeting.

by Sunday 13th March, 6pm.

If you have late items for the agenda you may bring them to the meeting and put them to the group there and then, if the group is happy with that.
