Have you found co-counselling useful and empowering? Are you interested in supporting others to learn co-counselling? Are you curious about making teaching co-counselling part of your paid work? If so, this course may be for you.
In this online course you will learn and practice how to teach co-counselling. Through a mix of group and solo work you will deepen your understanding of co-counselling theory and practice, develop your own style and confidence as a facilitator, and become part of a community of co-counselling teachers.
The course is suitable for those who have done their co-counselling training with CCI, and wish to get experience of teaching co-counselling to others. You don’t need any teaching or counselling qualifications to do this course, although these may be helpful to you. What you most need is self awareness, enthusiasm, commitment and experience of doing co-counselling sessions.
The course will take place over 9 months between September 2021- May 2022. It will involve monthly classes on the following Wednesdays throughout 2021/2022:

The aim of the course is to support you to feel more confident and better resourced to lead/co-lead your own co-counselling courses.
A personal note from Kathleen, the workshop facilitator:
'‘I have taught over 200 people on 15 co-counselling courses (offline and online) over the past 4 years and I have found this work some of the most rewarding I've ever had the pleasure of doing. It feels meaningful, boundary pushing, deeply needed, and valued. I am keen to support others who are interested to take the plunge and learn to teach co-counselling in their own style, and in a way that is financially viable for them. The world needs more co-counselling teachers. Would you like to be one of them?''
