By doing the exercises of this introduction workshop you will get a good impression of what it means to look after yourself and to feel supported in a session. You will have sessions in pairs to explore clienting and counselling. Also you will have more clear what Co-Counselling is about. At the end of this workshop you will be able to assess whether co-counselling is something for you or not. If so, you might wish to do a Co-Counselling foundation course of two weekends. Hereafter you can access the local and international Co-Counselling networks.
