The aim of this course is to support you to live in peace with yourself, autonomously, creatively and in touch with your feelings and emotions.
Co-counselling challenges the view that some feelings and thoughts are taboo and that you should not have them. It can help you to come to terms with your past and your present, so that your old feelings have less of a grip on you. It can also support you to direct your life into the direction you would like to give it yourself.
Therefore Co-Counselling provides you with a powerful opportunity to develop self-awareness, being seen and personal strength. In other words, to get on with life wholeheartedly.
After successful completion of the course you can use co-counselling in pair work, groups, workshops and at CCI co-counselling events worldwide. This provides you with the opportunity to develop your own peer support network.
The course over three weekends and practice sessions in between is a complete training in the fundamentals of co-counselling.
PRICE: £120 - £210 depending on your income with possible payment in instalments. The proceedings after expenses are going to contribute to Paulina’s Mary Curie Cancer project.
