This week-long residential workshop will be held in Termonfeckin, near Drogheda, Co. Louth. The venue is called An Grianan and is the centre for the Irish Countrywomen’s Association. As such it is famous for its excellent food, especially the home-made brown bread. The website is at www.ica.ie
We are very happy to come back here, as it has hosted previous CCIs in 1996, 2000, 2005 and 2010. A short walk through the grounds and across a golf course leads to a wonderful beach, wide and long. We can promise you the weather will be unpredictable, brilliant sunshine and possibly stormy rain so bring togs and brollies.
The CCI is open to all co-counsellors who have completed their basic training. For newbies or people returning after an absence who might feel their skills are a bit rusty there will be a coco basics refresher workshop on the first day.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children and no camping is allowed on site.
