CoCoInfo Tags are keywords or categories that as labels are attached to a post. These tags help to describe a post and allow them to be found again by browsing or searching. Users can also use these tags to select the posts they want to see in lists. For instance, site visitors can see all posts tagged with 'session culture'.

Once you have selected or created a new CoCoInfo tag,
click on  so that it appears in a box under "All added tags".

These settings determine who can view your article:

• Draft: only you can see and edit this document.
• GroupEdit - only the selected group(s) you are member of can view and edit this
• GroupRead: only the groups ticked in Audience can see your article
• CoCoRead-GroupEdit: only co-counsellors can view your article
  while members of the groups ticked in Audience can edit it.
• CoCoEdit: co-counsellors can view and edit it.
• CoCoRead: only co-counsellors can view the wiki
  while co-counsellors can edit it.
• PublicRead-NoCoCoEdit

You do not need to fill in its Comment: field.

This box shows only the groups you are a member of.

Select the groups you want your Wiki to be visible to by clicking Ctrl-Enter..

They will only be visible if the Article Visibility is not set to Draft.

If ticked, all people who have subscribed to new wikis generally or to this wiki in particular will be notified of your submission or update.

When you update your wiki you can choose whether there will be a new version created that overwrites the earlier version or that the new version will be saved as such. In this case people can compare the two versions.

Click Attachments to view the attachment options

• Browse for a file to attach
• Click Attach for attaching  the selected file
• Remove any attachment you want
• Reorder the attachments

You need to click Save down the form in order to save all your attachment settings.

People can subscribe to specific posts, all posts by a certain author or all posts of a certain type, e.g. events.

By ticking this box nobody will be notified of the creations or update of this post.
