Shared cooking.
The strength of this is that it contributes to a sense of community; the weakness is that you can lose time for the workshops.

Shared cooking with cooking co-ordinator
The workshop becomes much more attractive when there is a Co-Counsellor who co-ordinates the cooking efforts and keeps an overview of the food available.

However, there is a risk attached to this. If the cooking co-ordinator actually alienates the other Co-Counsellors, this person creates a major source of problems in the workshop as she is the central person in the kitchen. I had to discover this to my misfortune.
