1. How to make changes to the CCIS Guidelines
- Guidelines are statements of working practice to suit the needs of the members of the network and the circumstances of the postholder or postholders.
- If a postholder wishes to change his or her guidelines, firstly they must consult with any other postholders who may be affected by the change and the AGM Convenor, and then they negotiate an agreement as to how the change can best be operated.
- Any change to the guidelines to be printed in an article in the next Newsletter, and brought to the next AGM as a proposal for the members to consider. In the meantime the negotiated change can be put into practice.
