The aim of this course is to help you live autonomously, creatively and in touch with your emotions, uncovering hidden parts of yourself. Co-counselling challenges the view that some feelings are taboo and that you should not have them. It can help you come to terms with your past and your present, so that your feelings have less of a grip on you. This is a powerful opportunity to develop self-awareness, authenticity and personal strength. 

(Important Note: it's important to be physically comfortable when doing co-counselling, so if you need to sit on a chair that's absolutely fine.)

This spring class is for you if you are new to co-counselling and you want to enjoy learning a method to sort yourself out,

improve your life and help others to do likewise.Celia WIlson is the trainer, £250 is the usual price.

It can also be for you if you are an experienced coco willing to offer a hand to someone else and learn  in the process.

A 40-hour course in the fundamentals of co-counselling. This course aims to give you the skills to use co-counselling as a tool for improving your life. Once learned, you can use these skills for free with other trained co-counsellors, anywhere in the world. You will also be able to join in with events organised through the CCI network, in all parts of the UK and beyond.

The course will be held in the Dorchester / Bridport area. Days and dates will be arranged in consultation with people who wish to take the course.
